Location – We specialize in locating lovely and picturesque wedding and reception locations that will help bring your perfect wedding to a reality. We then act as your coordinator in overseeing the details to ensure the success of your wedding.
Style – Envisioning what you want is one thing, but being able to pull everything together and make it happen take a special expertise. Whether your dream wedding is country chic, elegant, rustic, woodsy or fairy tail we will help make your dream come true.
Sanity – Especially when you start reading all the times tables that start 18 to 12 months before the wedding date it can be easy to feel overwhelmed. Keeping track of everything can take some of the joy out of the whole wedding process. We will assist you in the complicated decisions, keep a record of all the details and dates, and give you the opportunity to relax and have some fun with the planning.
Professionalism – Thinking about creating a beautiful wedding, and great reception sounds like a lot of fun. Well the idea may be fun, but pulling it off is truly a hard job. There are details and deadlines that must be met, budgets must be kept, and most important family members and the happy couple must feel at ease from the first meeting to the last dance. This is our job.
Wedding Officiate – For those couples that are not regular members of a local congregation I officiate at weddings. I appreciate the importance of the wedding vows, and am willing to work with couple to best fit their personal beliefs. You will have no surprises at your wedding ceremony. We will work on the wording together, and you will know what is going to be said. Your ceremony will reflect your personal faith, beliefs, and love for each other.

Full Service Wedding Coordination
- Unlimited Consultations and planning (meetings, email, phone)
- Advice and direction on traditions and etiquette
- Assist to determine the budget, and stay within it
- Offer low cost alternatives to keep you within your budget
- Provide a wedding guide booklet
- Assist in wording & ordering of invitations
- Design the wedding and reception layout and decorations (To fit couples desires.)
- Accompany bride to fittings and vendor meetings
- Catering and menu development
- Provide vendor list
- Negotiate with vendors
- Stay in contact with the vendors, to ensure they are on track for the wedding
- Create wedding day timeline
- Coordinate table cards and seating arrangements
- Instruct attendants and ushers of their responsibilities
- Attend and coordinate rehearsal, ceremony and reception
- Decoration and overall look of the wedding and reception
- Music Suggestions – That create the perfect mood for both the ceremony and reception
- Provide a runner on the wedding day
- Gather and hold cake top, knife and goblets till the bride returns from the honeymoon.
