Ever After – Complete Wedding Coordination
This is the traditional package designed for couples who want a professional wedding planner to coordinate their entire wedding and reception. You can contact us to help coordinate your wedding from a year in advance to only a month. You would be surprised what we can accomplish in only a month! With the complete package we will help you work out your budget, find the right vendors, coordinate all the details, and help you have as stress free wedding and reception as possible.
This package includes:
- Unlimited phone, email and in person consultations
- Develop color scheme, theme, decorations, and establish the style
- Help you develop a wedding budget
- Every-step-of-the-way consultation on etiquette, style and budget
- Locating the wedding and reception venue that fits your budget and style
- Schedule and attend vendors meetings
- Work as the intermediary between the couple and the vendors
- Assist in seating arrangements
- We will assist you is setting up a menu for the reception.
- Assisting with selection of favors, attendant gifts, parent gifts, table numbers and place cards
- Contact all vendors the week before the wedding
- Coordinate rentals and linens
- Research accommodations for out of town guests
- Ceremony Program suggestions and layout
- Organize and coordinate ceremony rehearsal
- Final consultation to go over all details of the wedding
- Florist contact at the wedding location. Pin corsages and boutonnieres on, deliver bouquets to bridal party.
- Help develop the wedding and reception timeline
- Instruct ushers and groomsmen with seating at the ceremony
- Ensure that the bridal party is in the right place and correct order, adjust train
- Organize wedding party processional and recessional at the ceremony
- Full onsite coordination and assistance at ceremony and reception
- Oversee all scheduled events at the wedding and reception to keep things moving on time
- Greet guests at the doors, and collect gifts and cards. Place them in the designated place.
- Distribute final payments to vendors
- Refill buffet platters
- Remove empty platters
- Cut and serve the wedding cake
- Handle top cake freezing till first year anniversary
- Assist in table clean up during reception
- On-site troubleshooter

Enchanted Elopement Package
This package was especially designed for couples that want to get married quickly. We offer it as an alternative to eloping. This plan offers you a romantic and intimate wedding for fewer than 25 people in two weeks. In the summer and fall the ceremony can be held outside at Wyldewoods for no extra charge. In the winter and mud season a home is a lovely alternative.
This package includes:
- Officiate
- Unlimited phone, personal, and email contact
- 2 tier wedding cake in the colors you want
- White lighted wedding arch
- Beverage Fountain
- Banquet or wine glasses
- Tablecloths & napkins
- Chairs & covers
- Hand-tied bridal bouquet
- Boutonniere for groom
- Decorations
- Buffet table platters & three tier servers
- We will assist you is setting up a menu for a small buffet made by family and friends.
- If you need to purchase a wedding dress we will assist you in locating one
- Cut and serve the wedding cake
- Handle top cake freezing till first year anniversary

Fee: $600.00
Wedding Day Bliss
You have planned your wedding and reception yourself, and are thrilled with the results. Family and friends have pitched in, and you have saved a ton. On the wedding day do you want your mother, bridesmaids and other guests running around to ensure that everything gets done! This package allows you to make all the arrangements, and then give your family and friends the day off to enjoy the wedding and reception.
This package includes:
- Ceremony Program suggestions and layout
- Our staff will be at the wedding location at least one hour before the ceremony
- Work with the church/officiate to coordinate the ceremony
- If you need an officiate we will provide one
- Instruct ushers on proper seating protocol
- Instruct attendants of their duties
- Start bridal party down the aisle, adjust train
- Help with running/errands if needed
- Organize wedding party processional and recessional at the ceremony
- Florist contact at the wedding location. Pin corsages and boutonnieres on, deliver bouquets to bridal party.
- Personally assist the Bride
- Assist in determining the proper order of the receiving line
- Decide the order of the head table
- Coordinate and develop the reception timeline
- On-site troubleshooter
- Assist photographer in rounding up wedding party and family for pictures
- Ensure that the reception hall is organized before you and the wedding guest arrive (This does not include set-up and decorating.)

- Assist in table clean up during reception

This package includes up to 8 hours of wedding day coverage. Unlimited email, phone calls and in person meetings. We will provide a wedding day and reception questionnaire to develop the timeline.

Cake, Wine and Thou
You have the food made, the hall is decorated, and the cake table is set-up. Now you want to relax and enjoy the receptions. This package is designed for you. AW will have staff at the reception 1 hour early. When you and your guest arrive the food will be out, and there will be wait staff ready to keep the food moving smoothly.
This package includes:
- 3 wait staff
- Put food on serving platters
- Set-up, maintain and keep buffet table clean
- Refill buffet platters
- Remove empty platters
- Family style reception bring food to tables
- Remove empty servers and plates from tables
- Cut and serve the wedding cake
- General clean-up and storage of left over food
(Package does not include doing dishes.)
This package includes up to 5 hours of wedding day coverage. We will basically handle the food service. Unlimited email, phone calls and in person meetings.
